For serious situations, we prioritise the triage and in-clinic monitoring. After the visit, we pause pain managementdiagnostic tests, if necessary, and a monitoring plan with clear alarm signals for home.
We do general and preventive consultation, internal medicine and dermatology, cardiology, nutrition, image diagnosis (e.g. X-ray/ultrasound), surgery of soft tissues, traumatology/orthopaedics y anaesthesia and analgesia with monitoring. We also have short hospitalisation when the patient requires fluid therapy, analgesia or post-surgical monitoring. We coordinate second opinions y referrals if a very specific technique is required.
